Go to Edge sub-object mode and select all the edge-loops that define the central shape. Also select the edges that define the "corners" of the central shape.
Add to the selection the edges that define the outer contour of the door and its corners.
Chamfer all selected edges with an Amount of 0.01. Then throw a MeshSmooth modifier with 3 Iterations on the object and the door is finished.
