Select the bottom edge of the body and Chamfer it with 0.3 Chamfer Amount. Hit OK.

Select the edges shown in the picture and Chamfer them with 0.25 Chamfer Amount. Hit OK.
Realistic Toothbrush (3D Studio Max modeling tutorial) - step 12
Switch to Polygon Subobject and select one more time all the top polygons of the head. Click Inset (Inset Type: Group; Inset Amount: 1.0) and hit OK.
