Add two more Bevels. You don't need to be very precise as we'll move around the vertices a bit later.

Add another Bevel and then an Extrusion. You now have enough segments for the lamp's neck.

Swith to Vertex subobject and (from a side view) arrange the vertices to get a real neck shape.
