In the Top View, deselect all horizontal edges but the top and bottom ones.

You should also deselect the side edges as well, a thing I forgot to do in the above example :p. Chamfer the remaining selected edges 0.05 units.

Finally add a MeshSmooth modifier to the Box and your chair is finished. Congratulations!
