To create the other earpiece just clone the first one. Next create a new Line which connects the two earpieces and has in the middle a connection to another segment that links to the chestpiece.
Give this new line some thickness as well (a bit thicker than the earpieces). Add a small Cylinder to link it to the chestpiece.
Finally add two Capsules at the end of the earpieces and guess what? You're done!
