As I said earlier, you may want to go back to poly mode and move a few vertices to scale down the chestpiece like I did. Anyhow, let's move onto the earpiece. Create a line in the Top Viewport like you see in our image.

Convert it to an Editable Spline, then select the vertices > right-click > convert them to Bezier. After that adjust the Bezier handles so that you have the basic shape of one earpiece.

Under the Rendering rollout of the spline check both Enable in Renderer and Enable in Viewport and give the line some thickness.
