Select the edges highlighted in the image above and then Chamfer them 0.2 units.

Now select the two parallel rings of edges in the middle and Chamfer these as well, using an Amount of 2 units.

Add a MeshSmooth modifier with 3 Iterations and the chestpiece of our stethoscope is pretty much done.
